PayPal already has a notorious reputation as highlighted in several past legal cases and entire web sites devoted to this company which parades as a financial service but is not registered as such. As any business which relies upon PayPal to handle payments knows, from time to time you will have to go through the routine dance through a series of hoops, an obstacle course designed to be difficult and cumbersome, a game which not everyone will manage or have the energy to engage in. Whenever PayPal deems it fit, for example if an account has been logged into from a different IP address or country, or just at random, it will restrict the account so that you won't be able to withdraw any funds from it. Yes, of course, people will still be able to pay INTO the account, since all that money keeps PayPal's own account looking good. On mathaba.net
